Juice Therapy Class and more BYL News!

Join us Monday, January 18 from 1:30 - 3:00pm* for a fun health event! BYL is hosting Nicole Fey, certified holistic health coach and author, to discuss juicing. We thought a health and juicing class might be a good fit for the new year! Happy

The cost for the lecture and a delicious juice drink is $25 per person. Please call the bakery at 865-288-3193 to reserve your space. Event fee is due on sign up and is refundable through January 14. Space is limited. The event fee is due at time of reservation.

The Ultimate Juicing & Holistic Health Program at the bakery immediately before and after the class. Copies of Nicole’s book will be available for purchase at the bakery. You are welcome to drop in immediately before or after the class for a book even if you cannot attend the class.

What’s New in the Market

We are pleased to announce we now have JEM Farm sausage stocked in our market freezer. If you miss seeing JEM Farm at the Market Square Farmers’ Market, or you just want local, East TN fresh breakfast sausage, stop in and see us! We hope to offer more of JEM Farm’s products and other local products in our market in 2016 so watch for updates!

In an effort to grow the bakery, we will be reviewing products in the market and closing out a few. Check in the market for a

This is a new section of the newsletter! We hope you like it! We hope to feature and share “the stories” of our friends and customers.

I’m asked quite often, “So, what’s your story? Are you celiac?” As an owner of BYL, my family personally eats a naturally gluten free paleo template diet at home and have used an autoimmune protocol (AIP) template as well. I have seen the effects of a gluten free diet manifest as dramatic improvements in several health issues. Through research and reading personal stories on food, health and nutrition blogs, I discovered tips which helped me in my journey to better health. I hope this section of the newsletter does just that for someone out there who is searching for their missing link to better health. - Kelly
